In its design, this is certainly a concept hotel, which makes it both appealing and rather different. Wayfinding about the hotel was strange and difficult, though our suite was spacious and the staff extremely friendly. And we had a delicious meal in the restaurant--the best food we'd had to date in Portugal! The only small areas for improvement had to do with servicing of the room: although there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no coffee available to use in it (even on the second day, after we'd asked for pods the previous day and clearly used them!) and the room cleaning on the our second day left us with only one bath towel for two. Small errors but ones to be fixed.

Nice place in historic town. Room was large, clean, and bed was comfortable. Town is walkable, I walked from the bus stop. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast is nice, they set up a taxi service and they were nice. I did use cash in town and for the taxi which was appreciated. Everyone was so nice even though I didn't speak Portuguese.

Falta de empatia de alguns funcionários e pouca disponibilidade para o cliente. Pagar 10€ por adulto pelo pequeno almoço um exagero e pouca variedade. Se nao tiver ninguém na recepção é ligar para o número está em cima do balcão. Devia estar sempre alguem na recepção porque quando foi feito o checkout nao estava ninguém para nos receber. Foi indicado para deixar a chave em cima do balcão. Uma situação impessoal e distante com o cliente.

Iniziamo col due che la struttura è molto bella, recente ed in centro. È presente un parcheggio che, almeno per la moto è gratuito. La stanza è bella, manca il frigobar e sono stati forniti una bottiglia di acqua dal sapore di cloro, una macchinetta per il caffè senza caffè ma con una bustina di tisana ed una di camomilla.... Note dolenti, la colazione, ci era sembrato strano che al check-in ci avessero consigliato di farla in paese, come anche per la cena e al mattino abbiamo compreso il motivo: la colazione.. non c'era! Forse perché gli ospiti erano pochi e nonostante avessi pagato una colazione al momento della prenotazione quando ci siamo presentati, c'erano due persone del personale che ci hanno guardato attonite dicendo che la colazione non c'era e di farsi restituire i soldi della prenotazione. La reception era deserta con un numero di telefono scritto su un foglio da chiamare in caso di necessità. Non volendo perdere tempo abbiamo lasciato perdere. In conclusione struttura bella e con ottime potenzialità ma professionalità nella gestione ben lontana dalla sufficienza.
