Com relação ao quarto, falta limpeza nas pás do ventilador. Também o cobertor estava com um cheiro não muito bom. Quanto ao estacionamento, apesar da chuva faltou monitoramento ao deparar com um veículo que não deixou um espaço apropriado para sair livremente, tendo que fazer várias manobras ao sair para o centro de Serra Negra pela manhã. Faltou monitoramento ao deixar esse veículo Honda mal estacionado, dificultando a saída com o meu veículo.

A piscina ñ usamos mas a água estava cristalina e somente algumas folhas da própria natureza mas tbm era ainda 9:00 da manhã.. Local é silêncioso! Sinceramente só dá vontade de sair p/ comer e voltar descansar! Da p dormir muito bem. Achei bem seguro. Não tem estrada de terra para chegar é tudo asfalto. Tem vários lugares para os automóveis! Próximo do Centro uns 5 minutos e próximo a pizzaria Doce Tempero que é muito boa pizza! Enfim recomendo! Quarto Triplo 11 bem espaçoso. O ambiente é agradável, amplo e com os espaços bem aproveitados. No entanto, acredito que alguns pontos precisam de mais atenção e manutenção. A área externa é grande, porém havia muitas folhas secas acumuladas no chão. Também notei algumas peças do piso soltas, tanto na descida para os chalés quanto na varanda da casa principal, o que pode ocasionar acidentes e merece uma atenção maior. O local é bem iluminado durante a noite, o que é um ponto positivo. Um pouco mais de cuidado com as plantas e a área externa certamente deixaria o ambiente ainda mais bonito e acolhedor. Os móveis antigos de madeira são muito bonitos e trazem um charme especial ao local, porém alguns precisam de manutenção e conservação para serem ainda mais valorizados. No quarto em que ficamos, havia um cheiro de mofo perceptível e os travesseiros aparentavam ser bem antigos, pontos que acabaram afetando um pouco o conforto da hospedagem. Em relação ao café da manhã, achei bem simples. Pelo que percebi, quase todos os quartos estavam ocupados e, especialmente por ser feriado, esperava um pouco mais de variedade. Não havia opções como ovos, pão de queijo ou salsicha. Inclusive, havia rechauds disponíveis, mas não foram utilizados. No geral, o espaço tem bastante potencial e, com mais atenção à manutenção, conservação e aos detalhes, a experiência dos hóspedes pode ser muito melhor.
