The front desk personnel were pleasant professional and helpful! The room main lobby, elevator and room were immaculate! We were pleased with the room size, cleanliness, affordability, bed was super comfy! Five stars for overall experience!

The residence is new and entire place is clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is great. However, there are no dishes, glasses, utensils or items needed for a kitchen. The kitchen is why I booked, but was not able to use. Ads should state "bring your own" Traveling long distance not wanting to eat every meal outside. Also there is limited seating outside. They have a picnic table without an umbrella in 90 degree weather.

Sabrina is amazing. We call when the GPS didn’t quite get us to the hotel. She was patient and pleasant. She stayed on the phone to make sure we were able to get there. She was even more pleasant and helpful once we arrived. She renewed my hope that GREAT customer service still exists.

Won’t ever stay here again. Only hotel I’ve ever been that didn’t have black out curtains. They had screw closed blinds that did NOTHING to shut out parking lot lights. At 10 pm with lights off, the room was lit enough to thread a needle.

If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well

Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came.
