Lovely hotel right at the beginning of Zermat main avenue. Near the train station and walkable to all restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and clean with a spectacular view of the alps. Will definitely stay there agin.

Really central place! Very close to stations. Nice staff that listened to us when there were restaurations done mid day just above our room they stopped it for the day just for us. We really appreciated it! Super nice rooms and wonderful balconies!

The staff was extremely helpful. They gave great suggestions for our very brief visit. The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough. But the staff again was very accommodating to our needs, so this really isn't a complaint. It's just a comment.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It’s conveniently located to the rail station and also had shuttle service if needed. The room was spacious and we had a great view. They had a nice afternoon coffee/tea time and a breakfast. Conveniently located to the dining and shopping area. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
