In the heart of Puno
This a great hotel located right on the Plaza de Armas in the heart of Puno.
The hotel pickup (in our case from the bus terminal) was a great service.

The Hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants, main square and shops. Has a nice restaurant and front staff friendly. Housekeeping staff make noise early morning ,while trying to clean an early checkout while other guests are still sleeping.

A highly overpriced hotel, not very comfortable and certainly without many amenities. Staff was polite but not very efficient and the bottle of water had 9 soles ( usual expensive price 2.5 soles).
Sheraton In Lima is much cheaper than this hotel and has so much more to offer...

The hotel was very convenient located in the center plaza. The staff was generally professional. However, it was disappointing that face towels were not provided at all, not even by request. I had to use the big hand towel to wash my face. I also wished the rooms were not carpeted, as carpets usually trap germs and dirt.
