Sep 27, 2026I used the hotel for event at Fuji Speedway, very close if you have a car. Well, if you drive, it’s good distance to Fuji-kyu Highland and Gotemba outlet, so location isn’t bad, “if you have a car”.
Most workers seem to have Japanese as second tongue, but that was not the main problem.
It was quite hard to move around or understand things, due to following reasons.
As for example, the front said that the onsen is open when we arrived, which is 1700, the homepage says it is open from 1500, so I just went, the sign at the front of onsen said its open from 1800. And there was no information book in the room. No info about check out, no info about wifi, nothing. So who knows what.
The front said that the onsen is on second floor, which turned out to be first.
The food here was… well, try them if you are keen.
I dont think I will enter their facility ever again.
Well, it was good access to Fuji Speedway, that’s for sure.
