The room was clean and nice, but it was super noisy. You can hear the neighbour very well next to you and also when the neighbour upstairs is flushing the toilet. The reception with check in and check out was very good. I never ate at the breakfast or their restaurant (if they have one?). The location is good, it's near the old town at the "outskirts" of it. In my opinion this hotel is too pricey for the inconvenience of enduring noises from your neighbours.

This hotel was great for a few days visiting Gdansk. It is very close to the river and therefore a lot of the attractions and places of interest. The staff are lovely, very helpful and polite. I would use this hotel again for a return trip.

What a beautiful experience! The location is very close to the city centre. Our room was very clean and spacious. But the best part was the breakfast. It was the best breakfast we had in Poland. You name it, they have it. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!

Decent stay

Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly receptionist, good breakfast, good size room but we were on the first floor (106) and the room was very dark with only a small window, no shampoo. The rooms on the other side of the hallway was a lot brighter with larger windows so would request a room there if staying again.

Beautifull, modern hotel with all the comfort and facilities you cod wish for. Fantastic location yet no noise outside the hotel. The staff were very service minded and were very helpfull. I would reccomend this hotel for its service, comfort, facilities, great breakfast, fantastic location and value for money. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Gdansk.
