My experience at Marigold Hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of food quality and guest safety.
The food was excessively expensive, yet the quality did not justify the prices charged. As a guest, I expected a much better standard of food and service, especially considering the premium prices on the menu.
However, my biggest concern was the hotel’s security and access policy. Closing the main doors at 10:00 PM and forcing guests to enter through the garage is unacceptable. This practice raises serious concerns about guest safety and security, as it potentially exposes guests to unnecessary risks when returning to the hotel at night.
A hotel should provide its guests with a safe, secure, and comfortable environment at all times. Requiring guests to access the property through a garage after a certain hour is neither reassuring nor consistent with the level of service one would expect from a hospitality establishment.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I strongly encourage the hotel management to review its food quality and pricing, as well as its nighttime access and security procedures. Guest safety should never be compromised, and high prices should be matched by quality and service.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend Marigold Hotel to other travellers.
