Bon accueil à la réception et toujours présent pour répondre à nos interrogations ou demande ( même la nuit)
L ensemble du personnel est agréable, courtois et serviables.
La chambre et la salle de bain : spacieuse avec un immense lit, faite tous les jours sans avoir à le demander avec eau et plateau café thé
Locaux très propres
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet très variés en sucré et en salé, délicieux tous les jours ( un petit bemol, les serviettes en papier !)
Belle piscine au dernier étage, propre, que nous n avons pas pratiqué car froide et l exposition au soleil en octobre n est que le matin. Nous avons profite des transats avec serviettes a disposition.
A 15 min à pied de la médina

Sur ce point rien à dire.
En revanche ils ont besoin de se roder voire de s’améliorer .
Check in très long et mal fait
Une de nos chambres réservées pour 3 n’avait pas 3 couchages.. Il a fallu demander et attendre plus d’une heure pour qu’ils corrigent le tir.
Piscine ultra chlorée
Musique classique à fond à 6:40 du matin dans tout l’hôtel !! Une erreur de manipulation m’a dit l’accueil au Check out.
PDJ bon mais pas de lait froid pour les cornflakes à disposition . Il faut aller le demander au bar.
Parking sous terrain payant très mal conçu surtout quand on a une voiture importante comme notre Tiguan.

Jul 29, 2026Très bel hôtel ! Comme il est récent, il y a encore quelques petits ajustements à faire pour que tout fonctionne parfaitement, mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité de l’établissement.
La décoration est soignée, l’emplacement est idéal et le restaurant est vraiment excellent. On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée, dans une ambiance agréable et reposante. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.
