Tuve una muy mala experiencia en el hotel. El hotel es muy bonito pero tuve un retraso en el vuelo y se me olvidó avisar que llegaría tarde. Al llegar el hotel estaba cerrado y el teléfono disponible solo se podía llamar desde un número local y no era mi caso. Tuve que ir a otro hotel abierto para pedir ayuda para hacer la llamada. En la llamada pedí perdón por haber llegado después de la hora (la recepción cierra a las 23h). La señora que contestó la llamada fue muy mal educada pero me abrió el hotel. Al llegar le pedí disculpas otra vez y la señora empezó a hablar de muy malas maneras diciendo que yo estaba equivocaba que tenía que haber avisado, le dije que tenía razón y me disculpé y la señora siguió muy mal educada y hablando sin parar. Viajé 36h para llegar estaba super cansada, sé que me equivoqué y le pedí disculpas pero no hace falta que se ponga a pelear con un huésped. Por la mala educación de esta señora no recomiendo el hotel tampoco volvería a quedarme allí.
