Jun 30, 2026Se hizo la reserva con un mes de anticipacion, el dia de la llegada al momento de solicitar los pasos para poder ingresar, el contacto indico que Hoteles.com, nunca le envio la solicitud de confirmacion, que el hospedaje que yo habia solicitado, ya estaba reservado para una estancia larga, proporciono alternativas que afortunadamente el cliente quedo satisfecho, sin embargo no queda claro si el error fue de la propiedad o de hoteles.com, por lo cual si requiero una explicacion a la confusion que hubo.
