The staff were friendly. In a great location with either the pools or the beach at your fingertips. For the money it’s great. Breakfast, clean rooms daily and towels.

Breakfast option was not good. Air conditioning went out one night of my stay. Staff was very nice!! The room was very neat and clean. It was however noisy, especially since I was right next to the pool.

Great location let down by a few things, one brown bath towel to be used as beach towel which does not get replaced each day, ripped sheets, uncomfortable beds, ants in room, mould in shower and around fixtures, lukewarm water only in shower not hot, pool bar shut and defunct, not operational at all, pool tiles missing, no umbrellas around pool, staff not exceptionally helpful, very disappointing to spend hard earned money here, would not stay again

Fun stay in Karon Beach
My friend and I started our Thailand stay here and loved our experience. The hotel itself was really cute, our room was spacious and we loved having the balcony that overlooked a bit of the city. The hotel is right at the beach, with many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and shops around and so many friendly locals. All the workers were kind and helpful. The room had great ac, it was so strong so it got pretty cold at night. The beds were very firm and only had one comforter and no sheets, we would’ve loved a bit cozier of beds and maybe another blanket but we still slept well. Our sheets were clean but did have some pen markings on them and the bathrooms were a bit run down but did the job for the affordable price. We honestly loved our experience here and were sad to leave but highly recommend for young travelers on a budget who want to spend time at the beach, meet locals and explore different bars/shops/restaurants etc.

The hotel.is wonderful. Check-in staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. They offer luggage storage and can accommodate anything you might need. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The only complaint is that they are extremely strict with the 'no take away' policy, meaning you cannot take anything from the breakfast area. If you are in a hurry and want to make a sandwich to go, it is not allowed. It is not even allowable to fill a water bottle. We witnessed several situations where the staff was so strict that they even made people dump the food or water in trash rather than taking from the dinning area. The constant monitoring made it a bit uncomfortable . Otherwise, the hotel is great and perfect location.

Only good thing about this hotel was its location. We booked 2 rooms for our family for 2 nights. First night was terrible, because one room smelled like sewerage and toilet was constantly clogged. Hotel staff unclogged the toilet twice, but the stench didn’t go away. We asked to switch room but we had to wait till the next day. We contacted the hotel booking website assistant to help, when the hotels.com called the hotel, the hotel staff told her that the manager was not there and that I would have to wait because he would come tomorrow, and told they already solved the problem, which was a lie. They didn’t do anything about the smell. We opened the balcony, turned on ac, opened the door and waited to get rid off the smell, nothing worked, and the smell gave us headache. We couldn’t stay in that room that day.The next day when we came to the reception desk to ask switch room, the manager was the manager from the previous day. they just lied to hotels.com and they also didn’t give refund for that room. We requested that smelly room’s 1 night refund, but the hotel said they couldn’t give refund because of the policy.
and in reality, this hotel is not as shown in the photo and description. Room were dirty, towels and bed sheets had spots, furnitures were old and not clean, bathroom looked dirty, shower was bad. This hotel has 3 blocks, and there is only one reception desk and hotel staffs there where helpless. There are much better options in Karon with lower or same price.

Venligt personale men hotellet fortjener eller lever på ingen måde op til et 4-stjernethotel. Billeder på hjemmesiden er ikke tilsvarende. Vi var 3 mennesker der blev presset ind på et værelse beregnet til 2, en ekstra seng blev sat ind, helt uacceptabelt. Bestilte grand deluxe, hvilket var utrolig småt, slidt badeværelse og lille altan uden bord. Poolområdet er ikke tilsvarende til billederne på hjemmesiden. Masse spisesteder omkring. God beliggenhed, god massage. Ikke det store morgenmadsudvalg.

Generelt er hotellets placering rigtig godt ift. det er tæt på strand, restuaranter, massagesteder m.fl. Rengøringsdamen den ene var rigtig god, men den anden (mandlig) sjusker sig bare frem. Og det er tydeligt at sengetøjet ikke bliver vasket i 60 eller 90 grader for flere gange fik jeg snavset sengetøj med pletter af alle former, den ene gang hvor man kan se nogen har tegnet (sikkert børn) så der var streger i sengetøjet, og første nat hvor jeg ankom meget sent var der pletter i sengetøjet, noget der ligner tis. Den del kunne være meget bedre. Morgen mad er Ok men ikke vildt, man skal sikre at være der god tid ellers er der mange ting der er løbet tør.
Jeg oplevede ikke poolen som viste sig at være på rooftop. Rigtig mange russere, at personalet bare antog at man skal snakkes til én på russisk, det var en mærkelig oplevelse.
