Eu quis me hospedar no hotel harmonia pq já havia me hospedado algumas vezes há alguns anos. Ne decepcionei bastante com os funcionários da recepção, antipáticos, de uma má vontade que dá até preguiça. Uma pena, pq o hotel era incrível, mas pra mim o bom atendimento faz toda diferença.

Não entendi muito bem fiz uma reserva para um casal chegando lá me colocaram em uma casa com 3 quartos,sala,cozinha e 2 banheiros depois fui jantar e a recepção da noite da me questionou por estavamos lá porque era só eu e minha esposa .

Infelizmente, nossa experiência esteve longe de ser boa, bem diferente do que é mostrado nas fotos do Hotel Harmonia. (Chalé 56) Pontos Negativos: Limpeza e Higiene: O banheiro não passou por uma limpeza adequada antes da nossa chegada. Encontramos embalagem de sabonete usada por outro hóspede sobre o box e um fio de cabelo longo pendurado na barra do chuveiro. Estrutura: Parede do banheiro com azulejos estufados prestes a cair; piso de taco do quarto com buracos "escondidos" sob os tapetes. As fotos evidenciam o estado Quarto e Comodidades: A TV tinha um sinal péssimo e os canais não funcionavam direito. Além disso, não havia telefone no quarto para contatar a recepção. Alimentação: No jantar, os petiscos e espetinhos foram servidos frios. O café da manhã foi apenas razoável. A qualidade geral das refeições precisa melhorar bastante. Pontos Positivos: A equipe de funcionários e os recreadores são muito prestativos e animados. Conclusão: A vontade que deu ao chegar foi de ir embora. Não confiem nas fotos dos quartos. Este hotel provavelmente teve seus dias de glória há 20 ou 30 anos, mas hoje deixa muito a desejar. Serve apenas para quem não se importa com a qualidade da hospedagem.
