Jun 25, 2026I was there for 2 nights due to TAAG flight delays. Each night they ran out of food on the buffet and took forever to put even a manger offering back. Very frustrating.

Sep 23, 2026O hotel é bastante simples, a cama confortável, tolha de banho muito pequena, TV não funcionava e mesmo pedindo ajuda da recepção, não tivemos respostas, não insistimos, por ser apenas uma noite. O hotel é bastante conveniente para o tempo de espera de conexão, está a mais ou menos 20 min do aeroporto

Jul 27, 2026O hotel é uns 15 minutos do aeroporto novo e foi a melhor relação custo x benefício que encontramos para passar 1 noite. Portanto, se seu objetivo for esse, atende, pois é um hotel simples.
A equipe é super educada, solícita, você vê que são pessoas de bem.
Ponto negativo foi um atraso de mais de 30 minutos no Transfer (20 dólares o trecho), o motorista não estava me aguardando no desembarque conforme haviam combinado. Mas ele chegou e fomos para o hotel em segurança.
Existem táxis credenciados na porta, mas preferimos aguardar o transfer do hotel por segurança.
Não jantamos no hotel, mas tem um restaurante lá que funciona até as 21:30.
Tomamos café antes de voltar para o aeroporto. É um café simples, mas bem feito.

Jun 26, 2026O hotel é um pouco longe do aeroporto Dr. Agostinho Neto cerca de 15 min de carro. Paguei 15 dólares por trecho no transfer que o hotel ofereceu. O motorista do transfer se atrasou e não achamos ele quando chegou no aeroporto. O hotel não respondia as mensagens e por uns 20 minutos ficamos com medo de ninguém nos buscar (Sugiro pegar o número do whats app para eventuais problemas). Vários motoristas eram invasivos e queriam oferecer transfer no 'estilo golpe'. Não aceitem a menos que tenham crachás e identificação. Já o hotel é bom e foi o melhor custo benefício que achei perto do aeroporto. Televisão, colchão, ar condicionado são bons. O Ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e o café da manhã é bem simples. Tem frutas, omelete, bolachas, café, pão e manteiga. Se for pra passar só uma noite vale a pena pra não precisar ir até a cidade que é muito distante.

As instalações são simples, mas quarto e banheiro são grandes e estavam bem limpos. O café da manhã também é simples (pães, ovo, frutas e bebidas), mas resolve o problema. Destaque maior para a equipe do hotel, que foi super educada e amigável.
