Sep 25, 2026Charming well run inn. Staff was wonderful and everything we had from Champneys was delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. My only small "complaint" is that the dining room was overly bright. Putting some of the lights on dimmers would make the entire experience nicer and more cozy, Bar area was perfect and they make good drinks too!

Jun 29, 2026A delightful stay at this beautiful, well-kept historic inn! The room and common areas were beautifully furnished and the cleanliness and amenities were comforting. The staff were knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. We’ll be back!

Jul 28, 2026The property was lovely, well-maintained, and in a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was kind and professional. My only issue was the noise in the parking lot late at night. I was awoken from a very deep sleep by some men having a loud conversation outside, presumably after leaving the restaurant/bar. Only after I got out of bed and knocked on the window did they stop.

Jul 16, 2026Terrific staff. When we had to shorten her stay by one day they handled it beautifully. They warned us breakfast on Monday and Tuesday is pretty scant. It's a charming area of town and of the region also

Aug 7, 2026Everything was wonderful for the most part! It's such a cute little spot and definitely perfect for couples. However, the breakfast was only a muffin and coffee and there wasn't a choice in muffins. One morning it was peanut butter and chocolate chip muffins and my husband has a peanut allergy. The other thing we were disappointed in was the lack of mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
