Perfect location and great price!

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was all we needed (including great coffee and a very friendly breakfast staff). The only negative I can think of is that the room lights could have been brighter, especially the bathroom!

Had a great stay while I spent the week in Chicago with my college roomates. Everything was amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the pullout couch left something to be desired. We booked a room with a king bed and a full/queen pullout couch (for 3 adults total). I understand it is a pullout couch, so it wasn't going to be as nice as a regular bed, but I definitely wish I spent the extra $50 (for a 3 night stay) for a 2 double/queen bed room.

Amazingand Withing Walking Distnace of Sites

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was provided and was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only downside was walk 2 blocks for non valet parking or spend an extra 10 for them to walk amd get it. No brainer lol

The Perfect Place

The hotel was amazing! The staff was so accommodating to our every need. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was so friendly. I enjoy talking with Javier and Diana every morning during breakfast. The hotel was so clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in the perfect place downtown Chicago near a lot of attractions and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

It was good place to stay for access to downtown. The hotel itself was good but there were a few items that were missing - no clock ⏰ n room and only one tiny bar of soap - but otherwise it was a good stay.
