今回こちらに1週間宿泊させていただきました。 施設はとても広々としていて、カフェがあったのでたくさんの席やソファー並んでいて良かったです。チェックインの時からスタッフの対応とても優しくて気持ちよく泊まることが出来ました。 ヘアドライヤーやアメニティーは充実していて、シャワールームとトイレは少し？狭いなと感じました。 毎朝無料の朝食も美味しく頂くことが出来てビュッフェ形式なので、好きな分だけ食べれるのはありがたかったです！ 一つ残念だったのが、ランドリーサービスでした。午前中スタッフに服を手渡し、出来上がったらお支払いするという流れでした。その日の夜に洗濯は出来上がっているかと尋ねたところ、昼間のスタッフと違う方々だったので知らない様子でした。確認してくるとのことで、待っていたらびちょびちょに濡れた状態で渡されました。その時は驚きましたがお支払いしました。スタッフいわく聞かされていなかったと。流石に濡れたまま渡されたのはびっくりでしたし、何しろ謝罪がなかったのが驚きでした。仕方なく夜まで空いているコインランドリーを探し私は乾燥だけかけに行きました。しかし、おそらく洗濯は回したものの干されていなかったのか雑菌の匂いがして、乾燥かけても匂いが取れませんでした。もう遅い時間だったので、次の日にもう一度コインランドリーで選択したら匂いは取れました。流石にランドリーサービスとして酷いと思いクレームを入れました。返金等の処置はありませんでしたが、ホテル総支配人が部屋まで来て謝罪してくれました。滞在期間中に使えるクーポンもいただきました。 謝罪とクーポンサービスをいただいたのでこれで丸く収まりましたが、今後はスタッフ間での連絡は徹底していただきたいのと、このような事がない事を願っています。 それ以外は、ほんとに施設も綺麗で、カフェのご飯やドリンクが美味しくて、快適に一週間過ごす事が出来たので良かったです。ありがとうございました。
