The staff only really cares about their salary and no effort is taken to make guest more comfortable or socialize amongst each other. Lilly is the only staff member worthy of praise.

When I got there they were overbooked and I didn't have a bed so they gave me a cot that was very uncomfortable. the room was freezing and I only had one sheet. The staff was helpful and rooms were clean.

I stayed there alone for transit. It was so so nice,especially terrace was very moody

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast in the morning, and dinner some nights during the week. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were kept clean. It's a great place to stay if you want to meet people. Definitely recommend!

When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to actually check us in, we got to our room and there was someone literally living in the dorm... The beds were okay, and the patio was nice, but the staff weren't very friendly and it is quite a walk to get anywhere. Overall, I wouldn't stay again...

Hostels next to this one (not advertised online) are available for a quarter of the price. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but cramped. Rooftop is very nice for relaxing.
