Nice boutique hotel-but lacks attention to detail.
The good: Attractive boutique hotel in nice neighborhood with many cute restaurants nearby. Hotel excels in public spaces. Well done decor. Rooms quiet. Staff friendly. The not so good:Hotel rooms lack in some areas. Vanity sink area in bathroom is miniscule. Hard to negotiate. No usb outlets so charging multiple devices is a challenge. Hotel cleaning needs more attention. Didnt replace used wash towels nor used glasses. Room service trays remained in hallways overnight and into late afternoon of next day. Overall a boutique hotel missing some of the attention to detail you’d expect for the Price point.

We stayed for our last 2 nights in Madrid. Upon arrival they offered us an "upgrade" for $50 per night to a room with a room with a street balcony instead of a couryard, which honestly I don't think was worth it. Bathroom is tight, toilet seat and shower drain were kind of broken. The main floor lobby and bar were nice!

This was the best hotel experience I ever had. I will never stay anywhere else. The hotel felt like home to me. Smiling faces from everyone who works there. The food was the best food I’ve ever had. The hotel is wonderful. A very prety building with a lot of nice places. Bar. Coffe Shop. Restaurant. Very good breakfast. You can walk or take a taxi to go around very easy. The only bad thing is that housekeeping doesnt speak Spanish or English and they clean the room at 2 o 3 oclock.
