Mixed experience, would not repeat
Convenient locations. The room was a capsule but you know that before. But when at 11pm the shower suddenly switched itself on - a noisy event in a capsule hotel - I contacted the WhatsApp help line. Nothing except automated responses, at the time and subsequently. No indication that any human had taken any interest. If you’re going to run an automated hotel, that’s fine and it saves us all money. But no systems for any human interaction? Not so good.

Perfect Airport Location
The most valuable feature of this hotel is its location, right before security in the south terminal at Gatwick airport. Our room was compact, but more than adequate for a pre-departure stay. The bathroom is the shower, and so someone ought to find a way to keep the toilet paper from becoming wet! I really liked being able to access lift/elevator and room, and control lights and blinds using a mobile phone.

First time in an airport hotel and it worked well.
Easy to book and to check-in. Slightly difficult to find but managed to once on the right floor. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Room was very clean minus the stained shower seat so I didn't use that but I let Bloc hotel know on departure and they thanked me and said a new one was ordered and replaced immediately so very receptive to feedback. Slight issue with the shower turning itself back on after turning it off fully but again I let them know and they said they would try and get it fixed. Another towels provided, which is needed for a wet room shower floor. Room controls really good. Felt safe and secure once I knew bedroom door was self locking. Hot drinks area just across the hallway. Discounts for Giraffe and Whetherspons nearby included. Next time though I will book direct with Bloc hotel as they will offer me Bluelight discount of 20%/loyalty for returning customers and access to their VIP section, which includes fast tracking through security. Much better than the 10% offered by hotels.com
