I don’t think were all inclusive people. Check in was okay, they only gave me a map of the property after I asked, no one shows you around. Except for Giovanni at the front desk and one of the female servers in Jasmine were friendly. Outside of that, the hotel staff act as if you’re bothering them. You can't keep track of all of the different times the different restaurants were open and some if them, never. We were lucky enough to walk off property to Bollywood restaurant one night and have a delicious meal. We had a dinner reservation and couldnt get to it because the road was closed for a race for 3 hours and no one at the hotel even mentioned. We also got out to Sugar Hill a very nicw restaurant at a golf club, amazing food and service. The cherry on top was when I wernt to check out, I put my key on the front desk and started to leave and the woman working the front desk said very rudly, 'you're going to have to wait to check out'! I worked in hotels for 7 years and if i ever spoke to a guest like she spoke to me, i would have been written up or fired. I think there's a lot of choices to stay in Montego Bay that are not this.
