Moderní a účelný hotel na hranicích města i státu
Velmi moderní, vkusně zařízený hotel s příjemným a vstřícným personálem. Určitě jeden z vůbec nejlepších v Bratislavě a okolí- mohu porovnávat ! Jediným faktem, který ho snad trochu sráží, je jeho umístění mimo centrum. Ale pro mnoho cestovatelů naopak výhoda- snadné parkování a absolutní klid. Jednoznačně doporučuji i velmi kvalitní a bohaté snídaně!

Rest, sport and tranquility at a good leel.
Modern hotel, new facilties, well maintained and wth the will to provide quality service. The rooms could be a little bigger, but are correct for the price paid. 15 min by car from Bratislava center. I think that there is bus connection.

VERY BAD !!!!!!!
Very bad hotel. Unpleasant and unhelpful staff. In our last visit we had in the closet near the bed anthill and moldy bread (near the head). It was uncomfortable, unhygienic and disgusting. The hotel management does not address the situation. In the morning we moved to another hotel. It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The manager of the hotel said that it supposedly make amends but not after 2 months no one called !!! It certainly is not customer- access .
Veľmi zlý hotel. Nepríjemný a neochotný personál. Pri našej poslednej návšteve sme mali v skrini pri posteli mravenisko a plesnivé pečivo (nedaleko hlavy). Bolo to nepríjemné, nehygienické a odporné. Vedenie hotela nijak neriešilo situáciu. Hned ráno sme sa prestahovali do iného hotela. Bola to príšerná skúsenosť. Nedoporúčam tento hotel nikomu.
Manažér hotela povedal že to vraj nejako odčiní no ani po 2 mesiacoch sa nikto nezavolal !!! To určite nieje prozákaznícky prístup.

Veramente una difficile recensione. L'Hotel è molto bello da come si presenta. Dotato di tutti i servizi, invito booking TripAdvisor ed Expedia a verificarne la quarta stella. Colazione ottima tranne che per un motivo: 2 volte in giorni differenti abbiamo detto che gli yogurt erano scaduti da una settimana e dopo averli tolti li hanno rimessi. Inaccettabile. 2 punto:Expedia e booking sono stati avvisati che l'albergo chiudeva per i giorni di festa i servizi di benessere e bowling e parcheggio al coperto oltre al servizio di ristorazione (salvo la colazione perché era inclusa)? Queste cose vanno dette perché come noi, altre persone scelgono questo hotel per i servizi e magari proprio perché c'è il ristorante, potrebbe pensare di fare il cenone qui e il giorno dopo, con -10 magari passare la giornata nella mini SPA. Mi spiace ma, allo stato attuale, il giudizio è fortemente insufficiente.

Zwemmen in Balatonfured.
Prima hotel. Ontbijt en diner ruim voldoende maar alles zelf pakken. Er is meer dan voldoende maar geen topkwaliteit.
Wanneer je per auto komt even moeilijk te vinden waar je er in moet.
Advies is: neem geen betaalde parkeerplaats. De niet betaalde plaatsen worden ook bewaakt. Verder prima zwembad met toeters en bellen. Lekker warm.
