Can hear everything from common areas in your room. Internet not great. Shower water brown. No ventilation or fan in rooms. Don't have own policies clear. Parking is a mystery.
Staff is trying, generally nice.
Really just awful unless it was 20 bucks a night.

Safety
The service was great but there were a few safety issues: no bathroom rug in the bathtub and it was slippery, no banisters on the stairs, and you have to switch the light on yourself on the stairwells. But the hotel was spotless and the location was great.

I liked the location. It was very convenient just to walk to the city center, to all the museums and restaurants. Also, the hotel personnel were very helpful and courteous.
I did not like the breakfast that they served. I think if they going to offer breakfast, they should have a variety of choices not a fix menu because at the end the customer end it up paying for it.

Everything was nice, except, we booked a room with one large bed and when we walked in, we had two tiny beds for children. My wife and I were very disappointed to have to sleep in two separate tiny beds.

Primero debe ser el cliente.
La recepción fue desagradable, tenían problemas de corte y en vez de darnos las habitaciones, nos hacen esperar, pregunté por el estacionamiento y afuera ya la patrulla y en recepción como si no pasara nada!! Creo que primero está el cliente, no dijimos nada, pero no está bien ese tipo de actitudes

La habitación era sumamente pequeña y el drenaje del baño apestaba horrible. No había siquiera un ventilador para ahuyentar los zancudos. En el restaurante ni los buenos días te daban, llegaban automáticamente a darte el platillo que había sin dar oportunidad a que uno preguntara por opciones. El ruido era mucho, se escuchaban los demás huéspedes, el personal de limpieza gritando, etc…
