Very spacious rooms and very clean. Several excellent restaurants on site and a nice size casino.

Staff are great and rooms were nice. The resort is undergoing renovations and there was insufficient bar and food services for a full hotel and a concert on premises.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is modern and nice, Staff was very friendly. Room was cool and thermostat would barely go up enough (max 23.5) to keep it comfortable. Missed having a pool- and it’s an expectation at this price point. We stayed there because of a concert there- otherwise I don’t feel the value is there to stay there if not wanting to gamble or for a show.

The staff at the front desk were amazing. I had to cancel the last night of my reservation and they refunded my money with out any issues at all - despite booking through a third party.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as our event was near by and it was exceedingly easy to head west early the next morning. We would definitely stay again and would wholeheartedly recommend to other travelers.

Had a 13 year old and we didn’t realize that none of the restaurants serve minors. We ended up doing room service, which was fine. So all in all it worked out good. But I wouldn’t recommend it for people travelling with children under 18 unless you have a meal plan for them. Or OK with room service. My room is really comfortable beds really good. Overall I would say good for a casino hotel. My son did in fact enjoy the hot tub though.
