Great location!

Overall it was a great stay however there were a few things to note. First, we were told the steakhouse no longer exists and they should take it off the site. The food was good but nothing spectacular. The portion sizes varied by restaurant and the best was the jerk pork. The room was clean but dated. The mini bar stock was subpar for the price and the $10 room service charge was surprising. Maid service took the towels one day and didnt replace them and it took two calls and two hours to get some. Spa service was fantastic although pricey and the pool and service by the pool was great and fun! Overall it was good but if not for a few things it would be great. Also, the location is perfect, away from airport, and although the beach is a little rocky in the water it was still a great area for swimming. Better than average gym and outdoor sports and plenty of music and dancing by the pools and bars!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. The grounds, the beach and pool were really nice and clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the hotel could use some upgrades, there could be a bit more entertainment and nightlife and the food was just ok. We will definitely come back.

It really was a very nice property and people were nice. No complaints about the staff. The only thing I didn't like was the upcharging for top shelf liquor. Room service. I needed to buy pain reliever and it was $3 per pill, that's nuts. I had planned for a massage but the wanted $210 for 1 hour. Thats crazy. The poor massage therapists were very bored because it was so expensive. Iended up spending an extra $428 and while its not terrible, I wasn't planning on it because of the All-inclusive label.

Hyatt Zilara was absolutely everything and more. Check in set a perfect tone for my stay, activities were always fun and engaging, the bartenders were awesome. I love that i felt safe when we left the resort accompanied by staff. Teena, Julio, Rujae and Oneil made my vacation one of the best. I totally recommend!
