This place is really clean and very family friendly place. We stayed here for 2 nights. Free coffee, cake, biscuits and fruits. Hotel staff were really helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this place.

A long, hot, and bumpy-cobblestone trek from the Rome Termini to Rooms for You (about 1.2 km), laden down by rolling suitcases -- next time we would take a cab. But the room was great and the owner, Emanuel, was as nice and helpful as could be. Very nice snacks and breakfast, and even a bottle of wine. Highly recommended.

This place is quite, clean, and nice. It is located within a mile from Roma Termini, with bus stops and different restaurants nearby. The hosts, Emanuele and his sister - Eleanora, are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this place again next time when I am in Rome.

Room is on the smaller side , but is clean and comfortable . Located in a young lively neighbourhood . Owner was very kind upon arrival . Access to the kitchen , also complimentary breakfast and coffee . Would stay here again .

We stayed 3 nights in Rooms for You and we're very happy with the room itself. Not having been in Rome before, was a little nervous about not having owner on site but got used to how keys worked and had no problems. I learned however buffet breakfast is really only a few packaged foods and yogurt, coffee pot and instant coffe / tea in the room. Breakfast coupons for a crescent and a capachino were available at a small cafe close by. We enjoyed picking up fruit at the local produce shop across the street from the cafe.

Great location and excellent value accommodation for central Rome stay

Cheap, reasonably comfortable and a great neighbourhood, but a few flaws. The hot water didn't work straight away, although the owner Agnese did get it fixed quite quickly. Breakfast tokens at a nearby bar provided a nice coffee and croissant, but if you wanted a bigger breakfast than that, the extras in the room itself were a bit old and tired. But San Lorenzo is a great part of Rome to stay in if you don't mind taking a bus into the centre.

My partner and I found it hard to get to the place on our first day in Rome, but did find it after a long walk here and there. A little far from the city centre but good neighbor hood. Agnese, the owner, was very accommodating and a lovely person. Our room was nice and clean.

Very secure in a good neighborhood with many restaurants and take foods places plus a grocery store nearby.

Hotel location is good. You can walk or take a bus to reach Termini or Tiburtina stations. Even though at first, the neighborhood appears seedy, it is safe. With excellent access to food, grocery shops, and laundry facilities we felt at home and safe in a very short time. Particularly, the owner, Mrs. Agnese Virgilio, was curtious efficient and took personal care to make us feel at home. The rooms were very clean. We will highly recommend this place.

Agnese the proprietor is a wonderful lady who goes above and beyond in ensuring you have a great stay. We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood with local people. There is everything available in the way of amenities within walking distance. It was very easy to get to the tourist attractions with bus, metro and train within walking distance. There are many terrific restaurants that are filled with locals close by.

Extremely well located, particularly if you need to visit the "La Sapienza" University in Rome. Bus stops to/from the city centre are very close and run reasonably frequently. The room is very clean and has all necessary comforts. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wishes to visit Rome for holidays or business. I had a great stay, thank you Agnese!
