Good location, basic motel
It’s a basic motel but it’s a great location. Relatively clean. Had a nice 2 layout with 2 bedrooms.

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. Basic room, worn out bed, thin walls, etc. The full spa experience is offered at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort (for a higher price). Everyone else has to use the public hot spring pool (run by the resort). Harrison Hot Springs is small, so you're close to many restaurants and a little shopping no matter where you stay.

They were tacky enough to charge for parking in the off season and with no warning to us. The charges just showed up on our invoice. We could have parked on the street a few feet away for free if we were told this ahead of time. NOW a very happy customer goes away feeling cheated! Why?

Amazing Location
Hotel is within walking distance to the lake & restaurants. It has a nice view of the mountain on the back as well. In the morning, you could enjoy coffee on the balcony. No breakfast in the motel but the burger restaurant downstairs offers good breakfast. Parking is super easy to find.
My only concern is some of the bathroom tiles were broken and not fixed. We accidentally kicked it on the way in & out and also making it hard to close the door of because they would pop out.
