The location was great and upon arrival, you’ll feel the grand atmosphere of this hotel. We had an amazing view from our room of the Dead Sea, and it was great that you could simply walk down to the beach side and going into the water and then get yourself covered in mud. For my personal taste, the cafe for lunch was expensive for what it was, two drinks, pasta carbonara and chicken salat for 50 JD and a starter. Also, my expectations were to relax here, but the music was so loud with club mashup songs instead of chilled out tunes. I know that you cannot please everyone, but there was a big group of youngsters who were playing volley in the pool, shouting and whistling very loudly and annoyingly - so we left the poolside. Another comment was that the main lamp in our room didn’t work and we told the room service guy and he said that he would send someone, but nobody came to fix it. So normally I wouldn’t care of it but for a 5-star-hotel, it must not happen. However, the staff in general were kind and welcoming, and also the breakfast was lovely.
