The room was a bit rundown (chips in paint, small holes in the walls, chips in the tub, caulking peeling up, lots of scrapes all over floor, etc.) Could use some upgrades. Beds were comfortable. Room was warm. View was great. There were chairs and a table to sit at, but not really usable with the way the room was set up. Breakfast was ok, could use some more options. Maybe bread for toast and fresh fruits. The staff was friendly. Our first night there were people running up and down the stairs being loud throughout the night. Also, running and jumping happening in the room above us. The second night a car alarm kept going off every 30 minutes it seemed, all night, then you'd hear people on the stairs. Parking was also very full.

Not as presented
Hotel was not as it presented, it was grungy. The floor was peeling everywhere, paint was painted over peeled spots, pillows lumpy and uncomfortable, there was no conditioner or lotion, tv didn't work, walls were paper thin and our neighbors were up ALL night arguing, cursing and slamming doors. My young daughter and i left feeling very disappointed. I knew it wasn't a luxury hotel but this was just bad over all. Will not be back, will not recommend.

Don't go
My stay was horrific. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants something family friendly and comfortable. The beds were so uncomfortable and the widow in the room was broken. Along with the window being broken it was not a pleasent stay. The toilet was broken and provided the bare minimum of a stay for the night. Definitely not worth your time or money.
