It is a nice convenient hotel close to a lot of things took us about 20min to get to the plaza. Overall good comfortable stay the only bad thing I would say is that the keys to the doors never work. I went to reception 5 times which was so annoying. Front reception workers were nice except for one man who seem bothered that I kept asking the to program my key but how is that my fault.

Jan 3, 2023the person at front desk toll me they were sold out, i look online and it show 4 bedrooms available, after i came back in to check in he just told me there was probably one cancelation or 4 at the same time which didnt make sense.
restrooms were dirty , really dirty. Shower doors were rusted . floors were super dirty in restrooms
i will not recommend or come back

I asked the front desk about it and they offered a fan to which I said no because it was very hot in the room (88 fahrenheit at that moment). They obliged and gave me a different room which was nice but I felt like a bother. Room was pretty clean and comfortable, other than uneven pillows, but hallways were dirty and the free breakfast included with the stay includes bread, fruit and yoghurt, and juice, while there is a buffet table set up for an additional cost of around 159 pesos per person. Just be aware, the free breakfast is not great.

Entiendo perfectamente que el horario de check-in es a las 3:00 p.m. y no tengo problema con respetarlo. Sin embargo, al llegar alrededor de las 2:00 p.m. nos informaron que las habitaciones no estaban listas. Después, al preguntar si existía la opción de check-in anticipado, nos dijeron que sí y, tras realizar el pago correspondiente, nos asignaron una habitación de inmediato.
Mi molestia no fue tener que pagar el check-in anticipado, sino que inicialmente se nos dijo que no había habitaciones listas, cuando aparentemente sí existía una alternativa para ocupar una antes del horario establecido. Considero que esta información debió proporcionarse desde el principio para que el huésped pudiera decidir.
Además, la habitación era bastante básica y la regadera tenía un problema que provocaba que el agua se saliera hacia el baño. Por otra parte, los alimentos estuvieron por debajo de lo esperado.
En general, la falta de claridad en la atención desde la llegada, junto con detalles en las instalaciones y la comida, hicieron que la experiencia no fuera satisfactoria.

May 25, 2026A la llegada: había muchos pelos en la pared de la regadera, el wc no drenaba bien, las toallas rotas, humedad en el closet, colchones incómodos y viejos, gimnasio dos de dos caminadoras no servían, wc del lobby no drenaba. Y eso que nos quedamos menos de 12 hrs. Lo que si EXCELENTE servicio en desayuno. Jamás me quedaría en un hotel de esa marca o cadena hay otros hoteles de misma gama muchos más limpios y calidad. De verdad deben poner mucha atención en esos detalles que lo único q hacen es que no regreses al hotel. Se le dijo y se escribió a la persona que estaba en la recepción.
