La Siesta is a nice hotel. The staff is super hospitable. Breakfast is extensive and tasty. You’re in the heart of the old quarter. We also stayed at their property around the block on Hang Be, where the street is a bit more busy and noisy. All in all good hotel group. Mr. Quan at Hang Be hotel is the best !

La Siesta Ma May is located in the Old Quarter where every restaurant, shop, market is accessible on foot. We loved that it was quiet in the room, despite being in a busy area. The rooftop bar was a great place to wind down after a long day. Breakfast was always something we looked forward to. They served good selection of food, including Pho. Any special requests was handled with enthusiasm, professionalism and wonderful attitude by the entire staff. Special mention to Ann and her team for looking after our needs. Anh Vu, did a great job when we celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner at the hotel. The bed was big and comfortable, room was clean and we were provided with rubber slippers and robes for the entire stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, for those who staying in Hanoi.

Room was excellent but didn’t have any view from balcony so if you want a view make sure you book the right room. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff superb. The only reason I didn’t mark this as 5* was because the rooftop bar was closed as it was tet (there new year break) but apart from that a five star stay. It is in an excellent location. I would book to stay again and if rooftop pool open then a 5*

We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Quarter, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight with fantastic views across Hanoi. On one evening the atmosphere was slightly affected by a small group of guests playing their own music, which the staff appeared to find difficult to manage, but this was very much the exception rather than the rule. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. In particular, when my wife became unwell and we needed to extend our stay by an extra night, the team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Their kindness and professionalism during a stressful situation made a real difference. A lovely hotel, but most importantly, a lovely team. Thank you to everyone at La Siesta for looking after us so well.
