Room was excellent but didn’t have any view from balcony so if you want a view make sure you book the right room. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff superb. The only reason I didn’t mark this as 5* was because the rooftop bar was closed as it was tet (there new year break) but apart from that a five star stay. It is in an excellent location. I would book to stay again and if rooftop pool open then a 5*

Hanoi is extremely chaotic, especially the Old Quarter and La Siesta offered a peaceful, welcome respite. The room was comfortable and the staff was outstanding. The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar lacked for nothing. I highly recommend it!!

Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast options and Red Bean on occation when not wanting to wrestle with the scooters and traffic outside the hotel. I really want to point out the amazing servince from Dung "Jun", my daughter has allergies and she went above and beyond for her. She also developed a relationship with my daughter to the point where my 3 year old would ask where she is every day. Just wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Excellent property and staff right in the heart of Old Quarter.

The best check in experience I've ever had from any hotel thanks to Ann. She went above and beyond bringing me my welcome drink, showing me my room and even having a list of recommendations for activities and restaurants around the city. She also greeted me the next morning offering to bring me a coffee to go before my tour guide picked me up. Loved my stay here because of this hospitality.

Lovely room — staff were friendly and I like how the lobby has a lot of seating. Popular with westerners. The breakfast was adequate to get your day started. Location is good too, short walk to the lake and near the original egg coffee cafe. Staff also helped in getting tickets for the puppet show.
