Very well located so it’s very easy to walk places, big plus. Room was good. Decent size, clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast in general was average but served its purpose. On site parking is small but the staff takes care of parking cars so you don’t have to worry. On slight negative is the amount of stairs from the main house/parking/exit to the building with the rooms. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s slightly annoying, especially at night and with luggage. Overall, would consider this place if I return to Rosa.

O serviço do hotel deixou a desejar, não condiz com o valor cobrado. Sempre que precisa de alguém tens que percorrer um trajeto complicado, de sobe e desce de escadas, coisa que não estava explicado no anúncio do hotel, pra quem têm dificuldade de locomoção, não recomendo ir lá. O proprietário foi bem grosseiro ao bater na porta do quarto sem motivos.. avisamos que iríamos receber um casal de amigos, esse era o motivo da viagem. E para, não atrapalhar os outros hóspedes fomos até o quarto, já que os nossos amigos tem um filho “especial” não queríamos atrapalhar os demais, o proprietário foi até o quarto cobrando como se estivéssemos hospepedando outras pessoas…. Muito rude, grosseiro.

Ótima localização e equipe muito atenciosa

Acho que os principais diferenciais da pousada são: a localização (pois o hotel está super próxima ao centrinho, com fácil acesso ao comércio e restaurante), a limpeza do do quarto, pois mesmo estando dentro de um hotel com conceito estrutural rústico dentro da natureza, é visível a limpeza e o cuidado com os detalhes e a equipe do hotel que é muito gentil e atenciosa.

Inflexibilidade da pousada com data hospedagem

A Pousada fica em meio a natureza, lugar bonito, destaque para o atendimento da Venezuelana do café e o Fabricio da recepção. Porém não gostamos do atendimento do Demian (proprietário) que não foi flexível com nosso pedido de adiarmos a hospedagem para até 1 ano, deixando-a paga, visto a inundação chuvas intensas nas estradas de SC dia 29-11. Pegamos chuvas e mau tempo, não aproveitamos a praia, a pousada tem muitas escadas para subir e descer e ficou difícil e perigoso com as chuvas.
