Moab
Internet connection not working properly. Have to pay to get upgraded service No room service no garbage bags in trash cans. Have to request cleaning which they did not tell you Person at the desk seemed overwhelmed she was the only one at desk with crowded hotel This should be listed a a very kid friendly hotel. If you are a couple looking to relax at pool after a hike you can forget about that lots of kids. Only “adult time in hot tub is from 10-11 which is way to late I booked this hotel because it a Marriott family but the service was subpar they keep blaming it on the Covid effect changes were put in during then and never reversed. Won’t be booking there agai.

Super nice & clean. King suite was set up nice. Loved the hot tub. I did have to wait a bit to check in. No staff at desk. Remote for tv needs new batteries. Shower drain has sewage smell. Breakfast was cold. Pancakes, eggs were not even warm. sausage patties still frozen. But will still come back. Just some feedback.

Fantastic Time and Free Parking like the old days!
We had a wonderful visit! The entire staff was friendly and inviting. We had a beautiful view from the third floor. Breakfast buffet was actually good and a little different the few days we stayed. Jacuzzis are nice and open during the winter but pool was closed. First time for us going in February as it was last min idea. Minutes form the parks in one direction and few minutes from downtown in the other direction. We had no wait at any of the parks, no fighting for parking and overall just a great stay.

We just had an overnight stay; just passing by MOaB. The Hotel is in excellent condition; the room we had was really good in size for 4 adults. room, carpets, linens, towels, bathroom were in prestine condition. The only thing you all need to be aware if you have a pet, Pet fee has inceeased to $75/night ☹️, compare to other surrounding hotels at $25.
