Upon entering the lobby, with the combination of the scent of cinnamon, the fire place, Christmas decorations including the Christmas tree we were welcomed with a cozy “at home” feel. Our check-in was seamless and the clerk was friendly each time we encountered her assistance. The suite was spacious, clean and my bed was so comfortable with cushy pillows!

The hotel was fantastic, and we really liked the layout of the room, and the furniture. We had a slight problem with our reservation when we checked in - had two reservations, and I had accidentally skipped a night - the staff was FANTASTIC at getting it worked out!!
