Great place that takes you back in time .
Great place that puts you back in 1700’s . Place is small , we got great service . It was hard to figure out hot to get inside as it it’s restaurant but we figured out . We had 2 bottles of wine waiting for us, fresh fruit . Definitely recommend it

Loved the staff, amenities, the personal attentions, small luxuries. Breakfast was cooked to order and fabulous. There is a nearby 24h parking lot for 100PLM/24h so no issue there. Would like to note that the hot tub is only accessible to the third floor suite.

We had a small interruption on our last night of four. I’m so impressed with the way it got handled. Michael the Manager and Marchin went above and beyond for our family stay. We rented the Imperial and the room below. The Imperial is incredible. THERE IS A PRIVATE HOTUB ON THE ROOF THAT LITERALLY OPENS TO VIEWS OF THE WAWAL CASTLE 🏰 NEXT DOOR!!! AMAZING FOOD. MICHELIN RATED RESTAURANT POD NOSEM RESTAURANT IS THE MAIN FLOOR. Unbelievable value.

Amazing location in a boutique hotel.
Michael the manager has gone above and beyond for us. Definitely deserved of 10/10 stars ⭐️ we can’t wait to visit again. The private hot tub on the roof is so unique. The Wawal Castle all lit up at night is incredible.

Whimsical place
The service was amazing, felt like they knew me and were extremely friendly in a proper way. The place is gorgeous and easy to walk from to any site scenery. The view from the window is great on it own and room was like from A movie. If someone enjoys taking hot bath -This is the place as it was the nicest and biggest bathtub ever!

It was in an excellent location. Beautifully done and our greeting upon arrival was lovely and the staff were great when we saw them. There was quite a bit of dust on some of the ornaments and lamps around the room (but there is a lot around) so the dust was there but the bathroom and facilities and beds/bedding etc were all really really clean so we didn't worry. Beautiful - truly stunning location. Would def recommend and stay here again. Only small thing was that the staff weren't always clear who was on duty for the rooms - so I found it easier to email the manager, who was very quick in his reply and helpful when I asked anything so it wasn't a problem at all to not speak to someone directly for me but may be so for other people - as this is a series of 'apartments' it's not quite like a hotel so expected too which meant it wasn't an issue for us.

Small gem in a great location
Our stay in the Royal Apartment was outstanding. Huge rooms with 17th century architectural details, antiques and very comfortable furnishings. Many amenities you ordinarily would expect to pay for are included. Very attentive, friendly, and accommodating staff. Delicious included breakfast - eggs made to order along with traditional Polish offerings. We also enjoyed a great dinner at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel is steps away from the castle, and an easy walk to Market Square. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay, stunning room, PERFECT LOCATION.
We had a great stay with very thoughtful service. We had suite 1 on the first floor. Amazing mix of ancient decor with modern amenities. Great bed and very cozy living room. Food in the Michelin rated restaurant was excellent. Very personal service, especially from Stanislaus. Perfect location for walking the beautiful and ancient city of Krakow. Breakfast is served for hotel guests only from 9am so plan tours accordingly. They will thoughtfully accommodate you with take away sandwiches, drinks and fruit if your tour plans conflict with the breakfast time. We’ll be back...best place to stay in Krakow !!

Beautiful apartments and setting, right near castle, food was excellent. Breakfast was a bit hap-hazard each day depending on the waitress, didn't know what was available for breakfast, one day you would receive a breakfast menu another you didn't. Each day we asked for a decaffeinated coffee and each day we were told they didn't have it, but they did. Weren't told about WiFi code. No where to store luggage after checking out, it was left in the main hallway.
