Everything about Vivanta , Dwarka was excellent . Me and my daughter was very comfortable at this property. The rooms were very clean and up to date . Staff was very courteous and helpful in all sections of the property . Breakfast is something, nobody should miss . It was superb !! . I would give 10 stars to Taj Vivanta , Dwarka , New Delhi.

The staff were great, an that includes the front desk staff as well as the driver who took me to the airport. The rest of the hotel, not so much. The furniture in the room was worn and scratched; the bathroom tap felt dirty and scaled over, and the tub drained so slowly i was more than ankle deep in soapy water at the end of my shower. In the room, the carpet looked inadequately cleaned, if not exactly dirty. Over all, the room felt dingy; certainly not 5-star quality. The restaurant food was just OK. I ordered a chicken biryani, and the rice was significantly under-spiced while--and this is a big no-no in a biryani--the chicken was very dry. So i'd say that while this hotel bills itself as a 5-star and charges as such, it's really barely touching the 4 star mark in actual quality. The 4-star normally stay at in Delhi has rooms of similar quality (if smaller) and a much better restaurant.
