Amazing location right in the heart of old town. Exceptional service, especially from Chan who was very helpful for booking transport beyond Hanoi! Our room was awesome too with a sheltered balcony that allowed us to enjoy Hanoi from above, even during the rain!

The room was very large, clean, and the furniture was nice, including a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent - all the big sights are within walking distance.
But what made the stay special was the staff at the front desk. They were always friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to our needs.
We would be very happy to stay there again.

This little hotel is in a great location . Quiet inside and clean . Breakfast was very adequate . Tired in the rooms a bit but clean and very comfortable . They helped us book Halong bay cruise . Very good value and friendly hotel . Staff very friendly

Loved this hotel. Had a spacious room, beautifully furnished and large functional bathroom. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially in organising tours and giving advice on attractions and restaurants in the area. Good location in the heart of the Old Town.

Recommended Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
The hotel staff were all super friendly with special thanks to Lily on Reception my room was clean and well furnished and the breakfast's for a small hotel had an excellent choice to suit all palate's.Deserves it's 5 Star Review.
