Pontos positivos: muito próximo a praia; limpeza impecável e anfitriã atenciosa. Pontos negativos: camas extremamente desconfortáveis, colchões velhos, você dorme nas tábuas da cama que range sempre que vc se mecher; na realidade não tem garagem, o espaço em torno do prédio é usado para esse fim, sendo necessário tirar o carro toda manhã; internet ruim quando tem número maior de hóspedes. Móveis e utensílios velhos e que cheiram mal. Check-in após às 18 horas, tem cobrança. Acertamos outra data de entrada, reduzindo em 1 dia a diária e não conseguimos ressarcimento ... proprietária diz que tem que falar com o parceiro, e este diz que depende do proprietário... vc perde um tempão e no fim, perde o dinheiro. Valor da diária alto se comparado com a estrutura oferecida.

Las mejores características del establecimiento son la ubicación y la limpieza. Si bien no es necesario todos los días, pienso que todos los departamentos deberían tener aire acondicionado. Si no fuera porque lo necesité un día para realizar operaciones bancarias no me importaría, pero la conexión wi fi es muy mala.
