Our 4 bedroom/3 bath condo was great! Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Our unit was managed by the River Mountain Lodge, since we understood that some units are owner controlled. So, if we ever needed something, the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend the River Mountain Lodge, great location, walking distance to town. The front desk staff were all great! Carisa was so sweet, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Thank you so much Carisa, and to the entire staff at the River Mountain Lodge. You made our 1st family reunion very special!

Excellent location and property! Staff was great. Everything was very clean. Body products were so good I ordered some for my house. Only complaint and it's minimal is hotels. Com said there was a toaster in the room I was surprised by this when I saw it but brought English muffins to toast and had to microwave them instead.

This property is in a great location in Breckenridge, no hills to manage. There had been many updates that made this unit look "brand new". Unfortunately, we were not expecting 15 steps in the condo to get to the bedroom. Also, the only bathroom was on the lower level. Not covenant for an older couple.

Great location right off of the trail along the creek that winds thru town. Not their fault but the creek was dry this time due to drought. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops Could use an extra fan for the room as the loft area tended to stay a little warm as no AC at most places on the mtns Bed was just ok on comfort level.
