Efficient reception team.
"I booked a two-night stay. The first night was a bit disappointing as the room wasn't well-maintained or clean. In addition the room was in the ground floor and with a bed noise insulation. However, the next morning, I requested a room change, and the reception team was friendly, welcoming, and efficient in finding me a better room."

The room was comfortable with beautiful views. Everyone was helpful within what they could provide. However, the bathroom shower seal was loose and water went all over the floor making it very unsafe. No information was provided that the restaurant was closed, resulting in us having to go out for meals. The breakfast option was limited and expensive.

Beautiful view and had a lovely spa but… would not choose to stay again at the price as rooms and furniture are old (90s). Bed was lumpy. Bathroom floor grout was dirty. Silicon needs replacing around shower. Shower-head needs replacing or a good clean. Strange design upgrades with access to bathroom through the sliding wardrobe door and a built in CRT Television concealed with a picture on it.
