Forster's Best
From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest and helpful of staff. The room was quite spacious and clean with all the amenities we required for our stay. The Hotel's location was in our opinion the best Forster has to offer. The beach and saltwater baths were directly across the road and the centre of town, restaurants and shops just a 5 minute walk away. We would highly recommend and we definitely will be back.

Large room with a good view but uncomfortable bed
The location of the hotel was perfect for walking and right across from the beach and public bath/pool. The room was very clean and a good size with 2 small balconies. The bed was large (king size) but the mattress was very hard which did not allow for a good night’s sleep.

Our stay was ok but we hat to eat out all the time .There was no toaster in the room,my wife only has toast for breakfast and I have cereal. No cooking in the room even though it has a small kitchenet.the fan was birty.

Wedding Anniversary escape
Two night romantic getaway for our 53rd wedding anniversary. Best location opposite Forster Beach, saw a whale and her calf in the bay! Room was very comfortable, underground secure parking, walk down to The Sicilian restaurant and Beach Bums cafe for an excellent breakfast. We would stay again

We love old buildings. The atmosphere was great. The young concierge was extremely friendly and helpful telling all about the building and the activities in the area e.g. Art Gallery special exhibition as our stay in Brisbane was quite unexpected and we had booked 24hrs earlier. Would like an improvement with the bar/restaurant, friendly people but it needs a slight revamp.
