Went to the casino for my mom‘s birthday and rented a room. Our room didn’t have heat for some reason we had it on 88 hot and my mom and I literally had our teeth chattering all night long and when I brought it up to the front desk in the morning, they didn’t even apologize or address the situation at all.

Prior to check and upon check in I was given different information. Due to discrepancy and wrong information, I was unable to make proper arrangements for my family. I was given different information. The led to the on-shift supervisor having to get approval from their supervisor. I was also offered a food credit that I did NOT redeem.

Very nice, spacious hotel.
Stay was nice. We have never gambled here so we didn’t have any discounts yet. Very spacious and comfortable room. They do charge you $100 for incidentals at check in which will be refunded at check out, which is fine but they do t say that on the site. Just be prepared. Late night food options are very limited after 8.
