It's a decent hotel, however no air conditioner, there was hot water but there was trick to getting it to work, breakfast was good.

the hotel is clean but it looks and feels old, the rooms are very small and smell like sewer. My room didn't have AC, hair dryer, iron, safetybox, frige or ice maker. The hotel is within walking distance to Estadio Nemesio Diez, the city center and a few stores. I would not recommend this hotel unless its an emergency or if you are only staying for a day or two max.

Great location, and the building felt safe and was quiet. The decor was sparse, however, almost to the point of being absent. Minimalism is fine. Not caring, which seemed to be the case here, is a different story.

In the afternoon the room was extremely hot in there with no a/c bathroom very poor on lights including the shower area the hot water sistem very deficient some times it runs hot water some times don't

We arrived early from a long trip and were not allowed to check in until 3 pm. The staff when attempting to check in the second time were much friendlier and did let us check in 10 min early. The rooms did not have air conditioners and the small windows did not provide much ventilation. We did not have any type of soap in the shower nor hot water. We could not get the TV to function. Luckily we had purchased two rooms and the other did have a working TV, soaps in the shower and hot water. When we got back the morning of checkout we found all of our towels missing and my daughter who had been out to practice was not able to shower. The cleaning lady final came back with a towel 15 min before check out but it was too late as we had already packed all of our bags. Our rooms needed upgrades of furniture and ventilation.

I wanted to stay in a hotel close to downtown Toluca so I could walk to the main attractions. The hotel fulfilled this goal. However, it could have been much better. When we came in, we were sent to a room that was not cleaned yet. We had to go back to the lobby and get another room. Receptionist only gave us the key and the TV control. We came back late that night and the TV didn’t have many options and I couldn’t connect to the internet. Well, I asked next day about those things and reception printed out a paper with information about internet and TV service. Also, heat was bad the days we stayed (rooms do not have climate). So I have to ask again about what to do and then, they told me a fan could be borrow. I don’t know why I had to ask for those services, I would have wanted that the reception team was proactive on the needs of the customers. They are not customer oriented. And that it’s the major reason I gave them a 3 star rating overall. Hope they improve.
