Small hotel around 15 minutes walk from city center. Rooms are fine. Noise from neighbours was annoying maybe due to poor sound insulation. Breakfast was modest but fine. Still a good deal though.

Hotel did the job
The hotel is somewhat isolated, but I knew this ahead of time. It’s only a 15 min walk or so to central Skopje. I had some issues with air conditioning (wasn’t on yet in late May). Americans prefer rooms much colder than the rest of the world; just a note to the hotel and a heads up to anyone thinking of staying here. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great customer service. Overall a nice stay. Nothing special about the hotel, but no reason not to stay here (assuming you’re ok with the location).

Excellent hotel
An excellent hotel close to the city, the staff are knowledgeable,very helpful and friendly. The room we booked was excellent with plenty of space and good amenities. For a very good price we had the Presidential suite.

Value for money
Hotel is about 15-20min walk to main square so not the handiest of locations. Breakfast was ok, however it took a long time for any of the food that ran out to be replenished, and eggs etc were not kept warm, it appaers that there isnt enough staff to cater for everyone. Staff are friendly and helpful, however they had trouble locating a taxi for us when we wanted to go into main square for dinner one night which seemed unusual. I wouldn't stay there again purely because of proximity but if you're on a budget its a good hotel.

Comfortable and clean.
Location is a bit far from main bus station. Take bus 41 for three stops, then walk about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. Condition of the room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Owner even called taxi and negotiated price for us to go to the different attractions. Much appreciated! Breakfast was sufficient.

1st but not last trip!
The staff were amazing and friendly. I was a bit nervous considering I'm a person of colour and I wasn't sure as to how I would be received, this turned out to be an unnecessary worry. Any issue I had was (x2 heating and the sink - which was my fault!) easily resolved and dealt with in a friendly manner. The hotel is lovely and I would stay again!

The hotel is very modern and has very comfortable beds and pillows! I really enjoyed sleeping there. There is also a kettle in the room which is handy for making your own tea/coffee.
