This was a great hotel with a Fantastic breakfast! The staff are very kind and helpful! There are 2 main reasons we rated this stay a 4 out of 5. 1). The floor tiles are Extremely slippery when wet. Be very careful getting out of the shower!! 2) The food and drinks around the pool and beach are way way overpriced! We observed most people just ordering water….the hotel really should consider lowering their prices.

Best hotel in Crete
It is the gem of Crete and the best spot in Elounta. Loved every second of it! Food was off the dial and top notch and the only hotel with the best private beach! Special shout out to Gregor and Chris, and all the other friends we made! Best of the best! A true five star! Can’t wait to go back and nice and early in 2024! Must try Samurai Sushi as it is the best sushi and sashimi I ever tried and I am from Vancouver Canada which is known for top notch Japanese. Poseidon is a must as well and special thanks to Marianna and her team!

Loved the ambiance. The staff are kind, attentive. When we needed the services of a doctor they were helpful and arranged everything we needed. Beautiful setting! Wonderful location. Overlooking the bay and Spinalonga. Reception staff and concierge were very knowledgeable and attentive. Ate at both restaurants on the property - both of which were absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend. Food was divine and the staff at both places went above and beyond. The pool bar and Minoan bar staff, however, left a LOT to be desired. Inattentive and unhelpful and not all that polite.

Super hospitable staff
It’s a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are particularly amazing and hospitable. The only downside we found was how expensive everything is once you’ve checked in: €1.50 per coffee pod in the room with no kettle for making anything yourself, €30 for one hour of the tennis court, €20 extra for one-hour late check out (we didn’t choose that option), etc. The upside is that it does force you to go out to explore Elounda and Plaka for dining options, and there are some amazing ones. That being said, it is a stunning hotel and it’s clear a lot of love and thought has been put into it. Worth a visit, even just for a night.

This was a great property. It was a great location and the view from the room is breathtaking. You can see the sunrise every morning. You have a great view and access to the remote beach. The pool is lovely. The staff are friendly. The kiwi at breakfast was delicious. The only complaint is they charge for coffee in the room. The price card was not strategically placed with all charges.
