The room itself was large enough, and was comfortable. However there was no fridge in the room, the ice maker on the floor was broken and had to go to other floor for ice. The room also did not have a microwave. These are essential to a hotel room in my opinion and have never had a room without. I was also unhappy that I had to pay additional $20 for parking, most hotels include at least one space with a room rental. I would not book for this hotel again.
We got a jucuzzi room with a King bed. It was a nice room and over all the condition was good. However I was not impressed with their cleanliness. The room itself appeared clean upon entering and we were happy. However that night when we pulled the pull out couch out the mattress cover had blood stains on it. It was not alot of blood but looked like someone may have cut themselves or picked scabs and bled on the cover but I was still disgusted because the mattress cover should have been taken off and a fresh one put on the bed before they expected someone else to use it. It was NOT a stain. It looked like it was blood that was never even attempted to be washed off after whoever bled on the bed before had done so. The hotel bed itself was clean and had fresh bedding but they couldn't be bothered to put a clean cover on the pull out couch. It also had no bedding/blanket on it. Just the mattress cover so I had to ask for a blanket to use on the pull out couch. I was also not impressed to learn that I had to pay a facility fee even though the facilities are not even open due to covid. No pool to use but yet I am charged a fee for it. That isn't right in my opinion. Also 20.00 for parking a night is kinda steep when the ramada literally right around the corner on Ferry st charges 15.00. Over all I was not as impressed with this ramada as the other one around the corner. The staff I didn't find as friendy either. Next time I will stay at the other one.
Torn carpet, rusty and moldy bathroom, tiny tv, lamps not even plugged in. Disgusting "stains" on the headboard. It was pretty clear the management has not done a maintenance walk through. Every corner that could be cut was cut here. Then to charge $30 a day for parking added insult to injury. Will never return.
I always enjoy my stay at this Ramada The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. It's a little old around the edges but the space in the rooms and the jacuzzi suite pricing with balconies are worth it. Definitely worth the stay.
Usually stay here with no problems when we come to Niagara however the most recent stay we had some issues. Mould in the Shower and around The jacuzzi, The ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night, and we also had the front desk call our room at 1am when we were already sleeping.
Clean and nice room with Jacuzzi (bit small for 2 people but if you are not too fat). Bed very comfortable, like new. Parking fee $20 - could be cheaper. Walking distance 5 min to restaurants, and 8 - 10 min to falls. We had very comfortable stay in this hotel.
Lot of noise, bugs in the room, TV wasn’t working
this hotel is ok but they really need to invest in better beds they are hard as a rock. Did not sleep well the whole weekend
