The facility is lovely and perfectly located. The staff were friendly and helpful, the free breakfast plentiful and tasty. The only problem was one of the elevators was out of order and apparently hadn’t been working for weeks. Only two working elevators for a hotel that size just isn’t adequate. Otherwise, a great choice in DC!

Had a great, short stay. Room was nice and clean with a good set up, including a little couch. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t stay long enough to really check out the amenities but I’d stay here again, especially to enjoy the pool and roof bar when the season is right. My only issue was there was an elevator down which made waiting for the elevators very long. Check in is on the 3rd floor and I couldn’t take the stairs to the 3rd floor from the lobby (door locked) so I just had to wait at the elevators for about 6 or 7 minutes. I was on a time crunch, so this was frustrating. But otherwise, things were great!
