Good option
Hotel room was a squeeze for three, but otherwise comfortable. Bathroom was nice and had great water pressure. Location is very walkable, but it is loud outside at night so wouldn't recommend it for sensitive sleepers. A nice extra was the pastries and fruit at reception.

-Good location -Friendly staff -Terrible garage. It’s very narrow to enter and exit. I scratched my car -the lobby is on the second floor and no space to leave a car while you go to the reception to get the key from the garage.

Mediocre room, great staff
Good location. Good staff. Not the best rooms. Rooms are quite small but you pay for the location not room. Our window in our room was not shutting properly leading to a big draught and a cold room, however once we alerted staff they were great and moved us straight away. Another thing that would’ve improved our stay would’ve been black out blinds as it was quite light even at night with the blinds shut.

Fine for a crash
As a landing spot between the train and the city, was fine. Very small room. Loud street. Front desk was closed early and wasn’t available to help with issues. If you check in after hours have to hoof it down to another hotel to get keys. Bed was comfortable. If just looking for a place to crash and shower, just fine. WiFi was out, TV didn’t work, etc.

Amazing location to the trains / trams and the Christmas markets were right across the street I had issue with the heat but they fixed it right away They do have free pastries in the morning while supplies last , but go early before they are gone They have lockers in the basement for 2 Euros which are great for check our day . It is on a noisy main road especially on weekends . But for a clean place and convenient location , it is excellent

Pros: It is near to the station. Walking distance to the tourist landmarks. It has a storage locker. I like the ambiance and decor of the room. It gives the happy vibe. They have tea/coffee maker inside the room and some snacks in the reception area for the guests. Best of all, we are allowed to check-in early. :) Cons: I don’t think the bed cover was fresh since I can smell it has been used. I did not ask it to be replaced because we were just there for the night and since the room was warm, we did not use it. The bedsheet and pillowcase was rough. Despite all of that, will definitely recommend.

It is like a low cost hotel. The room was more like a train cabin. Absolutely no room around the bed, you have to crawl if you are the person in the back. Almost no room for luggage. This was a 25 days trip and at every other hotel they gave us access to the garage prior to check in. Not in this hotel and the garage entrance is not on the same street but around the corner. I sure will pay 10 or 20 Euros more for a real hotel room. Additionally, the front door did not work properly and they had to update twice our room key because it was not working anymore. Nevertheless, it is very well located, a short walk to MarienPlatz and the subway, tram and bus stations a few steps away.
