Great stay. The breakfast and cookies in the evening were the highlights. The pool is supposed to be warmed, but I felt it was still quite cool - likely in the 60s. Hot tub was great.

Comfortable and close enough to Zion

My son and I had a pleasant stay here. It’s still about a 30 minute drive to Zion Park but it worked for us. The stay was very affordable and provided a good breakfast. The walls are still thin enough to hear someone next door but fortunately no one was truly noisy during our stay. Our room could have been dusted and mopped better. I have a lot of allergies and I could see dog hair under the bed. The bed was comfortable, pillows a little lumpy, but we still got a good night’s sleep. The hot tub was nice also. Overall customer service was good.

Check in was ridiculous

Check in was a complete pain. I had reserved 2 rooms, one for myself and one for a family member. We wanted to pay for the rooms separately, but the associate insisted I had already paid through the booking site. That was not the case, but we agreed to move on with the check in process. We had to provide a card for incedentals, but she insisted we needed two separate cards for that and refused to accept just my card. It was all very flustering to my elderly mother. The beds were comfy and rooms were clean, but the rooms were very noisy. We could hear people above us and beside us. Would not stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

Entire Staff were very friendly and professional. We chose a room with a view of the mountain. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Happy that it was a pet friendly place and offered hot breakfast. Will stay here again when we’re in the area.
