This stay was perfect. Here are my thoughts: Positive: - The staff at the reception was great and helpful. - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. - The breakfast was excellent. - The scenery was prime. - The services in the hotel was beyond our expectations. Negative: - The people staying in the next room were extremely rude. It was 8:30 pm and they banged on the wall when our toddler started crying. This is a toddler! People like these should not be placed in rooms adjacent to family rooms. - I don't know which room it was but someone either next to us or below us was smoking despite the rooms being non-smoking! This is so disrespectful to anyone staying in a non-smoking hotel. The Hotel management should urgently deal with this and take strict measures. The whole room was covered with that horrible smell!

Ceyda at customer service really didn’t have much experience or understand about Expedia and VIP services. Rooms are pretty dark and the hallways way too dark. Thermal spa was pack and the pool size is small. Only thing about the room I like was the rainforest shower head was awesome.
